Step One - Phosphorylation of Glucose by Inorganic Phosphate

Impossible reaction.

The creation of a phosphate bond requires a high energy input (positive Delta G). So it isn't possible to phosphorylate glucose without coupling to an energy releasing process such as dephosphorylation of ATP. Go back and phosphorylate with ATP.
