Step Three - Phosphorylation of Fructose 6-phosphate by Inorganic Phosphate

Impossible reaction.

The creation of a phosphate bond requires a high energy input (positive Delta G). So it isn't possible to further phosphorylate fructose 6-phosphate without coupling to an energy releasing process such as dephosphorylation of ATP. Go back and phosphorylate with ATP.
