Step Five - Aldose to Ketose Isomerisation of Dihydroxyacetone phosphate

Impossible.

The substrate isn't an aldose so this reaction type isn't possible. An aldose has an aldehyde group but dihydroxyacetone has a ketone group. Were you thinking about the reverse reaction?
