Step Five - Phosphoryl Shift on Dihydroxyacetone phosphate

Sort of Possible.

You could shift the phosphate from carbon 1 to the hydroxyl group on carbon 3 but since dihydroxyacetone is symmetrical the product is the same as the substrate.
