Now that you're nearly there it's time to take off the phosphate - no need to move it around. If you take it off now the enol pyruvate will instantly rearrange to pyruvate and this gives you a very negetive Delta-G and therefore an irreversible step. Just what you need. Backtrack and dephosphorylate.
